Gevi Household Ice Maker -Customer Information Submission

Dear Gevi Household Customer:


If you are the owner of a Gevi Household Countertop Nugget Ice Maker model GIMN-1102 manufactured before June 1, 2022, that product has been voluntarily recalled and you should stop using it immediately. We have initiated a replacement procedure by which we will provide you with a new unit of the exact same model, free of charge to you. To receive a free replacement ice maker, please:

*Complete the Information Form below, making sure you list the correct address where the replacement unit should be delivered to you;

*Take a photo of the product label on the back of your current ice maker, making sure that the Date Code and the Serial Number (located directly under the Date Code) are clearly visible in the photo of the label, and upload the photo to the Information Form.

 

*Before submitting, please ensure that you have made the Recall Eligibility Self-verification by referencing this video linked.

*Then just click the “Submit” button at the bottom of the Information Form.
